I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed. KJV Daniel 7:13-14

TAKE ME

Lord I thank you for all that you have done to provide me such great love and salvation,

But Lord I have strayed away by being unfaithful in the small things and have become large things in my heart.

Lord take me back to the fire, the crucible of your love.

Lord take me back to the cleansing flood of your forgiveness,

To the river being immersed in you’re baptism that changes the heart,

Lord keep me from drifting in a sea of forgetful pleasures,

Help me to remember such a great salvation at the price of Calvary,

Keep me in your hands give unto me the Spirit of Grace the gift of the Holy Spirit,

Please O Lord teach me your ways so I may teach others,

Help me Lord to take back the land I have given up so willingly,

Help me Lord to forgive the ones who hurt me the most,

And the courage to fight the giants in the land of the innermost fears of my heart,

And victory over anything that would come between me and my God

Including the sins I hold close to my heart that I would hide from you and others,

Let repentance be swift and cleansing of my soul be complete,

Let not the temptations the enemy lays before me overcome as a flood,

That the enemy will have nothing over me to control me by,

Lord may my heart be pure from all the filth and deprivation of the world.

So Lord take me back to the beginning when my love was so strong and my faith so sure,

Not to the the immaturity of my youth but to the fervor of and strength of faith,

Lord the years plays a trick on our hearts thinking that your coming is far off but its so close,

As close as my next breath as close as my hearts beating,

Not knowing from one day to the next when the time comes for my departure from this world,

So Lord take me, Take me all,

Complete in me the work you have begun to renew in me,

A spirit of truth and love and strength and a sound mind,

Build the temple of the Holy Spirit in me commune with me and become the sweetness of my soul,

Pour into me the wisdom of your truth and immerse me into the un-quenching love of the Spirit.

So unspeakable so unfathomable so deep so high and so above our thoughts that only you can be so only you can be so beyond and so infinite in all that you are as you are God.
